  • Facility Design (Home and Corporate Gyms)
Personal Training – SPG will travel to your home or corporate facility and design a fitness program that will help you and your employees reach your fitness goals – in a safe and effective manner.

Home and Corporate Facility Design – We have designed many home and corporate fitness facilities since 1989. We will help you find the best exercise equipment that will be both cost effective and maximize your space.

Health and Fitness Products – Our brand name products are high quality and can be used to help reach your desired goals. Discounts and free shipping are available for large orders. Military personnel, government agencies and academic institutions are some of our best customers.

Sport-Specific Training- SPG has worked with high school, college and former Olympic athletes. Our testing protocol evaluates each athlete in the following areas:

    Anthropometrics (%body fat, girth measurements)

Power (vertical jump, standing broad jump, seated medicine ball toss)

    Speed (20-yd, 40-yd dash)

Agility (t-test, pro agility test, hexagon drill)

    Strength (bench press, pull-up test)

Flexibility (ROM testing, sit and reach test)

Endurance (sit-up test, shuttle run, suicide drill)

After baseline testing, a periodized strength and conditioning program specific to the demands of the sport is developed. Following 10-weeks of training (2x/week, 90-minute sessions), a follow-up assessment is performed.

Online Personal Training - This is a great way to work with a top trainer at a low monthly cost. The client and trainer correspond by way of email that involves an 8-week online conditioning program. Our exercise programs have been featured in several national publications such as Men's Health, Women Sports & Fitness, Runner's World, Reader's Digest, SELF, Walking Magazine, Glamour, US News & World Report, AMC Outdoors, Health and the National Strength & Conditioning Journal.
